Alright everyone I am at 7 months and in count down mode. I had my doctors appointment yesterday (Friday the 29th)! Things are still looking great. This little baby boy has a healthy heartbeat of 137 bpm. He has been kicking a lot lately and he has just discovered my ribs. He is suppose to grow a bunch here at the end of the pregnancy so I hear (that means I am going to become a whole lot more uncomfortable).
I am getting pretty excited about my baby shower coming up July 14th not only will we get some cute stuff for the baby but I am also excited that I will get to see some friends that are not around here.

Six Months
Hey everyone all is great with me and the baby! Three months to go! Let me tell you we are going to have a very active little boy, he kicks so much. He just discovered my bladder recently and I swear that he bounces on it, so once I get done going to the bathroom I feel like I have to go again instantly. I tell you aside from spending half of the day in the bathroom this part of the pregnancy is the most fun. I do have to tell you though that I couldn't help myself today Paul and I bought a few cute things. My doctors appointment went very well, the little one is doing great and has a heart beat of 141 bpm. My next appointment is June 29th.

Baby Update

Alright everyone has been waiting to find out what we are having. It is definitely a BOY! Here are the pictures. Okay I did as best as I could with the pictures if you look at the top one on both of them and to the left where it looks kind of round (you see it) now see that white thing sticking out yeah that's his thingy! And then on the bottom of both you can see the profile with the head on the right. He is so stinking cute!!!!!! I am sure you all think so!

Five Months
Five months baby! Pregnancy is not so bad once you get past the nausea (however I am sure I will be singing a different tune while I am in labor). I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow where we should be able to find out the sex of the baby as long as the little one is not shy. This little bundle of joy is so active kicking and punching and there are even times when it feels like he or she is doing flips (now that feels weird). I promise to let everyone know what happens tomorrow!

Sad News
It has been a rough couple of weeks. My Dad passed away last Friday April 20th. Thankfully because of my family I was able to be there. I was able to fly in Monday and have that week with him. It was as I would have liked it though, with him not being able to really have a converstion with him because of all of the meds he was on. We did experience something great while we were there though! When I arrived Monday and I got home to see him I gave him the biggest hug and kiss and then put his hand on my belly and the baby gave a great big kick!!! My Dad was the first to feel the baby other then me! Paul couldn't even feel the little one kick and it started kicking two weeks ago. So we figured it was mean't to be for Grandpa feeling the baby first!

The Harlem Globtrotters

Well, for part of my birthday present this year we bought tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters!!!! It was so awesome! We sat in the 3rd row on one of the ends. The picture you see is me with Showbiz Jackson who has been a globetrotter for 20 years. I am going to put the videos I got from the game on the blog. Make sure when you watch them you turn up the volume!

Good Week
Well for those who don't know Paul and I have started looking around for a different apartment (there is nothing is wrong with the one we are in). We have been looking for one that would fit our financial and physical needs a little better. We also decided that the place that we find would probably be the place we will stay in until were done with school here. Well we found one, and sold the contract for the apartment we have now. This new apartment would make a lot of you laugh because the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70's theme (it is quite funny). But the nice thing though is that it feels like more of a home. And a even bigger plus for Paul is that its comes with a garage (which he is extremely excited about)! I will be sure to post pictures once we have moved in.
Three Month's
Well I am three month's along, yea! I have a tiny pooch, and being so skinny I can feel my uterus expanding which is an interesting feeling. Paul is getting so excited for this baby to start kicking, more so now because he knows it's getting close to the time the movement of the baby can be felt (I hope that made sense). We are getting more and more excited for this baby as the days and month's go by.

1st Doctor Visit
Look what we got today! Yep it's our baby. I have never seen Paul's smile so big or his eyes but hey I bet I had the same expression on my face too. They didn't do a whole lot today just the ultrasound and some drawing of blood. I have another appointment on March 12 so I will let you all know how that goes.

Valentine's Day
Paul and I on Valentine's Day and as you can see we didn't go out. Instead of going out we made an amazing dinner and it was so yummy!!! We had steak with four cheese pasta and peas. And let me tell you I think the baby liked it because I didn't feel sick at all afterward.

Two Months
This week I hit two months and now there are seven still to go! I am still not showing, however I have already received so maternity clothes from my sister Gretchen. Yes I am still enjoying the nausea part (I am so ready for this nausea to magically disappear). I would like it to be at the fun part like finding out the sex of the baby or start feeling the baby move and the kick. I'm really not a big fan of feeling sick all the time.
